Support Line
We support survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse so they can begin their healing process, find the services they need most, and live without fear or guilt. Because intimate and gender-based violence is a very difficult issue to address in our community, we work hard to spread information about family violence, sexual assault, and their emotional effects. We offer a series of workshops on the myths and realities of domestic violence and sexual assault in the Latinx community. We also work with families of survivors so they have the tools to support their loved ones.
When survivors call our support line, 415.431.2562, they receive confidential professional support from other Latina immigrant women. If you know a survivor of violence who needs support or help finding other services, please refer them to MUA.
