Language Access

As part of the Language Access Network of San Francisco (LANSF), and through a grant from the SF Office of Civic Engagement and Immigrant Affairs (OCEIA), MUA offers community education and outreach on children's rights. language access in San Francisco. MUA informs the community of their right to receive services in their language at any public agency in the City, as indicated in the San Francisco Language Access Ordinance, and provides direct assistance to members who need to make a complaint due to lack of services in their language or poor quality thereof. We also provide technical assistance to City agencies to help them improve their services in languages ​​other than English.
