Support Groups and Informative Workshops

MUA is offering meetings virtually weekly. Our “general” meetings are facilitated by leading members of the organization who have taken the facilitation training that MUA offers, and can be support and breakdown meetings or informational presentations. The topics of our meetings are variable and cover mental health, stress, domestic violence, child development, community problems, political context, and also provide space for participants to share their own experiences.
