Unite with our community

Entry |

MUA has been committed to defending the rights of our community and all vulnerable communities since its inception. We will not stand idly by in the face of recent decrees and new laws that threaten to separate our families and deny the human rights of immigrants and asylum seekers.

We call on our allies to join us in solidarity, using their voices, resources, and privilege to support those who cannot fight alone. By joining our efforts, we can build an alliance against policies and actions that threaten the dignity and safety of our communities.

At MUA, we will continue to work to protect sanctuary laws in California, and as always to advance the rights of immigrant women, domestic workers, and every woman's right to self-determination over her body. We also stand in solidarity with the trans and gender non-binary community given the attacks on their basic rights.

Together, we can build a future based on justice, equity and the empowerment of all people.
