Interfaith Prayer Vigil for Freedom and Justice

Entry |

On September 26, we united in front of the ICE building with staff, members, and allies, demonstrating our collective resistance and solidarity with those who are victims of enforced disappearances. This powerful act reminded us that we will not stand idly by as masked ICE agents abduct and disappear members of our communities.

This vigil was held in solidarity with the Interfaith Mothers' Vigils held in Los Angeles and across the country this month. We call on all mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, and allies to raise their voices and protect their immigrant family members, friends, coworkers, and neighborhoods. Together, we will continue to speak out, organize, and demand justice until every immigrant is free and every family is whole.
