Andres has ten years of experience in the non-profit sector providing programmatic support and data analysis for the Latine immigrant and LGBT communities of the San Francisco Bay Area. He’s passionate about learning from community-led organizations and movements that embrace personal transformation, empowerment, and collective action to change the world for the betterment of all people. Andres came to Mujeres Unidas Y Activas (MUA) because of its history of collective community action for human rights, and to also learn from a women-of-color led praxis which embraces transparency and participatory processes. His role will be with supporting MUA with reports and updates about the many successes of MUA.
