Jessica Amezquita is the daughter of Mexican immigrants, who grew up in Los Angeles but have been in the bay for more than 20 years. She started working with Mujeres Unidas y Activas in December 2018 as a consultant helping with the search of a new office in Oakland. In September 2020 she became part of the staff in the position of Administration Manager. One of her favorite responsibilities is assisting with ordering recognition cards to celebrate MUAs member leaders. She is very happy to be part of an organization full of powerful women. On her free time she likes to practice yoga and enjoy nature with her family.
