Yael Falicov
Yael is an experienced fundraiser and program manager with a passion for human rights and the environment. She previously worked as the Latin America Program Director at IDEX/Thousand Currents, and more recently as the Executive Director of EcoViva, which supports locally-led community development initiatives in Central America. Raised mostly in California by immigrant parents from Argentina, Yael is happiest when working in a bilingual and bicultural environment, breaking down emotional and cultural borders.
